Brookridge Heights is a pet-friendly apartment community and provides a wonderful place for not only you to live, but also a wonderful place for your pet to live. Brookridge Heights Apartments believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours to ask about our pet policies. Two Pet Maximum, $250 Pet Fee, $15 Pet Rent (EACH PET CHARGE IS PER PET).
PET POLICY
Before pet arrives, must obtain written permission from management and pay all fees.
Adult weight/Full grown status must not exceed 50 lbs (vet certificate).
Must be spayed or neutered (vet certificate).
Designated buildings only.
Maximum pets per unit: 2
PET RULES
Must be leashed outside of the apartment.
Not allowed in the pool area.
Toiletries must be picked up immediately.
Restrained during all maintenance services.
Please refer to the lease for any additional pet policies.
