CONTEST ENTRY DATES: Contest starts June 19 and ends July 19 at 2:00PM.

WHO MAY ENTER: Contest is open to any participant who tours Brookridge Heights with a leasing consultant during the contest entry dates. Employees of Brookridge Heights and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Contestants must be at least 18 years old.

CONTEST ENTRY: To enter, take a tour at Brookridge Heights Apartments with a leasing consultant and automatically be entered to win one of three prizes. Sign a lease and receive an additional entry.

Brookridge Heights reserves the right to disqualify and entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:  Winner(s) will be determined on July 19 at 2:30PM by live draw.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"). Prizes Include:

• $1,000 Gift Certificate to Rooms Direct 

• $1,000 Cash Prize

• Up to a One Year Lease at Brookridge Heights Apartments (A potential value of over $12,000)

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The free lease prize is non-transferable and can only be used at Brookridge Heights Apartments. The winner of the free lease prize must qualify for the apartment under normal guidelines in place for all residents of Brookridge Heights Apartments.

Winners will be chosen by random drawing.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use Winner's name, images, hometown, likeness, prize won and photograph for future advertising, publicity in any and all media now and hereafter.

The free lease prize must be claimed by September 30, 2014 and possession of the apartment must occur prior to December 31, 2014.
